Return/refund policy

This policy applies for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return one or several products from your order for a refund during this period, you may do so from the Your Account page provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Return reasons

We consider the following reasons as valid to qualify for a return/refund:

·  Product is defective

·  Product is not as described

·  Customer no longer wants or needs the product

·  Order was placed by mistake

·  Unauthorized purchases


Return requirements


The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

·         Product must be in original packaging

·  Product must not be damaged by the customer

·  Packaging must not contain excessive damage caused by the customer


Shipping items

Returns can be mailed to: 18501 Pines Blvd Suite 3014, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33029, United States. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. You can also return the product in person at the same address by arranging a drop off date with our customer service team.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they do not get damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Refunds for unwanted or not needed products, as well as orders placed by mistake, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, refunds for defective products, products that are not as described, and unauthorized purchases will not be subjected to a restocking fee.

Abuse of the return / refund system

If a customer abuses the return / refund system such as by excessively returning products or by intentionally trying to avoid restocking fees, then the consequences described in our acceptable use policy might be used.
